AC Schnitzer ACS4: BMW Z4 Roadster & Coupe


A quick search on AC Schnitzer’s site revealed that besides the ACS3 Coupe, the BMW tuner will present one, or to be exact, two more souped-up bimmer models at the upcoming ESSEN Motor Show in Germany. The ACS4 Roadster & Coupe are based on the recently facelifted Z4 Roadster and it’s new Coupe sibling -including the M editions. According to the press release, the product ACS4 range extends from suspension components and exhaust systems, through a wide range of wheel and tyre combinations, to special aerodynamic conversions and last but not least, interior accessories. And yes, your right, no (official) word on any performance upgrades, for now, that is.



The AC Schnitzer program for the BMW Z4 Roadster & Coupe at a glance:
- modified rear axle ratio of 3.91 : 1 (M models)
- sports rear silencers made of stainless steel with chromed Racing tailpipe (not M versions)
- twin sports rear silencer with chromed twin tailpipes in Racing or Sports Trim design (only M models)

- high performance brake system for the front axle (not for M models)
- sports suspension, special antiroll bar kit & strut braces
- racing suspension (only M versions)
