Peugeot Bipper “Beep Beep” Concept Van
Making its worldwide debut at the Bologna Motor Show, the Bipper “Beep-Beep” Concept is based on the Peugeot’s all-new Bipper compact van that will be launched in Europe during the first quarter of 2008. Despite its loony name, the “Beep Beep” Concept is inspired from Peugeot’s LMS Championship winning Peugeot 908 HDi FAP race car, sharing the same color scheme. Unfortunately, there’s no 700 HP engine here. Instead, the French concept utilizes a humble 1.4 liter HDi diesel engine developing 70 HP and a torque of 160 Nm at 1,750 rpm.
In terms of wheels and suspension, the brakes are now 313 mm diameter discs at the front and black 18” alloy wheels are fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport 225/45 R 18 tyres.
