Opel Corsa OPC - Red hot 190 HP turbocharged mini-hatch to be unveiled sooner than you think
Don’t be fooled by the pics that we borrowed from the folks over at Boelsphotography. We just put them up so as not to spoil GM’s subsidiary plans. See, according to our info, it’s only a matter of hours before Opel officially unveils the brand new Corsa OPC (Vauxhall Corsa VXR for our British pals).
Powered by a tuned up version of the Meriva OPC’s 1.6-litre turbocharged engine delivering 190 Hp to the front wheels, the Corsa OPC goes up from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 6,8 sec reaching a top speed of 225 km/h. Design wise, the Corsa OPC gets the same kind of treatment as its Astra bro with restyled bumpers and an aggressive bodykit that includes new mirrors and a large roof-spoiler. We’ll have more on the top spec Corsa later on. Pics via: Boelsphotography
